About Teresa Oelze
Teresa Oelze is the CEO of The Oelze Group LLC, a personal and organizational development firm specializing in guiding individuals and organizations to achieve personal and professional success.
Prior to founding The Oelze Group LLC, Teresa had over 10 years experience in Six Sigma Training and Execution, Lean Manufacturing Awareness and Implementation, Supply Chain Management, and Quality. She is a veteran of the automotive and nonwovens industries that included Ahlstrom Nonwovens, LLC and Ford Motor Company. She is an expert in developing and implementing continuous improvement projects, facilitating interpersonal skills development, and working with all levels of management and leadership.
Her thinking style assists organizations to recognize and break through their existing paradigms in order to solve stubborn problems and generate non-traditional approaches to working through difficult situations. Teresa understands the distinction between simply conducting “training sessions” and facilitating meetings with potentially complex subject matter.
Teresa received her MBA with a Manufacturing Management Concentration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. Her undergraduate work included completing a dual degree program with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Benedict College of Columbia South Carolina where she received Bachelors of Science degrees in both Physics and Industrial and Management Engineering. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Benedict College. She is a Certified Quality Facilitator with the Total Quality Institute and has over 100 development hours from Resource Associates Corporation and the Total Quality Institute.
